I downloaded each one 5 or 6 times, and every time when trying to extract, those specific files gave me CRC errors. Has anyone else downloaded these from Rapidshare and had Volume 1 or Volume 2 extract successfully? For Volume 2, Rapidshare files 7 and 11 give repeated CRC errors.

I downloaded each one multiple times, because sometimes Rapidshare downloads can be corrupted while downloading. I’ve never had Rapidshare corrupt a downloaded file 6 times in a row. I’d guess either the file was corrupted during upload or was corrupt to begin with. Could someone re-up working versions of the corrupted Rapidshare files?

Volume 1 needs working versions of parts 3, 6, 10 and 11, and Volume 2 needs working parts 7 and 11 reuploaded.
