Metal Gear Solid 4 3d Models Download

I decided to have a look at meryl's files - everything seems in order except the fact that she is missing specmaps and probably some translucent texture with wording. The only one I'd mark critical for a proper port would be the specmap, if that is at all possible to get. Also unrelated, all of the.obj files are absolutely destroyed with 3dsmax's importer - I had to use Maya as an intermediary to get it into max. Thanks for what you've got though. I'd like it to be accurate as possible but I can wing it if I have to. The problem is that I have exported models unchecked the option 'obj_groups' in Blender. [IMG]When I have time I'll fix it. In any case, you can import the model with blender and mark this option to export it again. Actually, the models import fine in Max, if you import as single mesh. Separating the items from characters with multiple layers is fairly simple as well actually. What you need to do is attach a root bone to an obj model, use the XNALara script to export it as a generic.mesh.acsii, then with a program like XNALara or XPS, load that file then save it as a generic.mesh. From there, you can import it into Max with the same XNALara script and all the layers are automatically separated, including jaw, eyeballs, and all the clothing options that you'd otherwise have to separate manually with face vertex.

Open your eyes on the first page, god.
Yes he should open his eyes to an OP that loves to speak in complete sentences except when it comes to the all important part that is the password. Where OP can say 'I remind you that there a texture extractor made by Jayk and that can be used if necessary!'

Instead of saying 'By the way the password to all archives is botikustome' he decides to obfuscates the password so people who just want the models have to ask people because they overlook it. Saying 'botikustome pass' makes it look like a feature instead of valid information. [editline]3rd July 2015[/editline]
so has anyone had any succes in exporting any of the metal gears?
No.
A 'bug'? The 'bug' is what is on the chair when someone cannot do a simple copy/past correctly.
For programs like WinRAR, copy-pasting a password usually causes it expand itself by x-amount of characters, thus rendering the password incorrect when it shouldn't be.

This unfortunately leads to the password having to be typed out manually. Not knowing how to copy-paste most likely isn't the problem when it seems to be a flaw in the program itself.
And *OMG* we answer for the password FIVE (5) posts ago!
And yet newcomers rarely ever read any of the other existing posts around here, so complaining about it doesn't really do anything at this point. It's honestly easier to either tell them the info directly or to simply link them to the post(s) in question (or to ignore them, but that usually turns into them coming back and either asking for or demanding the password).
