Hi, new user here. I have a problem while running Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD edition on my PPSSPP. Before this I usually get 60 fps in cutscenes and 30 fps during gameplay with absolutely no problems whatsoever. Up until 10 minutes ago, where my in game fps was suddenly capped to 15.

I have no idea why this is happening but I can't seem to be able to bring it back to its regular 30 fps. The game's fps during cinematics however, is still a clean 60fps. What is going on and how do I fix it? The game's cinematics run at a clean 60 fps, no problem.

The in-game menus and gameplay are capped to 15 fps, for unknown reasons. I don't remember changing any options or pressing anything that could mess it up. I've been playing Monster Hunter P3rd HD for awhile now, and this glitch is finally getting to me.

The issue with the glitch is that it is ruins the game for me graphically a lot and monsters can get covered by the glitched plants, they show up, but there is this 'transparent' part of the texture that covers stuff. I'm not quite sure how to describe it. I have screenshots, but I can't find a single place on the forums that lets me post screenshots/imgur links. I'm playing on Windows 10, but had the same issue with Windows 7. I do have the most up to date version at the moment of PPSSPP. If somebody could please help me with this, I would be extremely grateful, this is getting really annoying, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite doesn't do this.
